Returns & Exchanges
All Minoux jewelry is made to order. The pieces you select will be made just for you, and we want you to feel great about wearing them!
If you're not quite feeling excited about your piece, you are welcome to return any unworn item. Return shipments must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: For orders placed during the month of December, we extend our return window to January 15. Returns must be postmarked by January 15.
To initiate a return, email email@example.com and let us know if you'd like an exchange or refund. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
We'll email you a return mailing label, or you can opt to mail the jewelry using the carrier of your choice.
Please mail back the jewelry in its original boxes. If you don't have them, please use a protective padded mailer or small box for shipping.
Minoux Jewelry can not be responsible for returned jewelry that is damaged or lost in transit; we recommend that you add a tracking number and/or insurance to your return package if you opt not to use our return mailing label.
We'll send you an email once your return has been processed, normally within two business days after we receive it.
Special orders are not returnable.
