Even though jewelry is made of metal, it can be delicate and far from indestructible. Please check out our jewelry care guidelines to make sure you're taking steps to optimize the life of your jewelry.
To initiate a repair, please email info@minouxjewelry.com and tell us what happened. A small charge will apply for repairs initiated more than a year after purchase.
Please securely package the piece in a padded mailer or small box. Do not mail in a standard flat or cardboard envelope, the jewelry will most likely be further damaged in the mail without a protective mailer. Any repairs that arrive in a flat envelope will not be opened, and will be returned to sender.
Minoux Jewelry is not responsible for repairs that are damaged or lost in transit; we strongly recommend adding delivery confirmation and insurance to your package. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.
We'll fix your piece up good as new, and return it to you for many more years of happy wear!
]]>If you're not quite feeling excited about your piece, you are welcome to return any unworn item. Return shipments must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: For orders placed during the month of December, we extend our return window to January 15. Returns must be postmarked by January 15.
To initiate a return, email info@minouxjewelry.com and let us know if you'd like an exchange or refund. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
We will send you a return mailing label, or you can opt to mail the jewelry using the carrier of your choice.
Please mail back the jewelry in its original boxes. If you don't have them, please use a protective padded mailer or small box for shipping.
Minoux Jewelry can not be responsible for returned jewelry that is damaged or lost in transit; we recommend that you add a tracking number and/or insurance to your return package if you opt not to use our return mailing label.
We'll send you an email once your return has been processed, normally within two business days after we receive it.
Special orders are not returnable.

]]>Please allow up to two weeks for us to hand-make your jewelry, and an additional 6-10 business days for shipping.
Please note that you may be charged customs or import taxes when your package arrives. Unfortunately we have no control over these potential fees. The recipient (that's you!) is responsible for paying all customs, duties, or other fees. If a package is rejected due to unpaid customs fees and comes back to us as "return to sender", we are unable to refund the shipping fee.
**Because all of our jewelry is handmade to order, please allow up to two weeks for your jewelry to leave our studio and ship out to you. If you need your jewelry on a deadline, please be sure to fill out your deadline date in the box provided during check out.
